• From your control panel you can view and manage your current usage
• If you start to reach the limit of your email space we will send you an email giving you the option to delete old and unused files, add more space to your existing account or upgrade to our next plan, there is no cost of an upgrade other than the difference in the price of the Plans.

This is the amount of data transferred to and from your site. Data transfer is measured by:

• Website being viewed.
• Email activity.
• FTP activity

Each time you visit a website, you are creating traffic, because in order to view that web page on your computer, the web page is first downloaded to your computer (between the website and you) which is then displayed using your browser software (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.). The page itself is simply a file that creates traffic. This is the same for emails and ftp accounts.

IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. It is a method of accessing email messages that are kept on a mail server. In other words, it permits a "client" email program to access remote message stores as if they were local. For example, email stored on an IMAP server can be manipulated from a desktop computer at home, a workstation at the office, and a notebook computer while traveling, without the need to transfer messages or files back and forth between these computers.

Auto responders automatically respond to anyone that sends mail to it. They have many uses including vacation notices. If you had a vacation auto responder for instance, you could turn it on when you go on holidays, and anyone that sends mail to your address while you're gone will get an immediate response stating that you are away.

This feature allows you to automatically forward your email to another address such as a Hotmail, Bigpond, Optusnet or Yahoo! account.
