Login problems:
If you´re having difficulty logging in to your email account, make sure you are entering your username in the correct format:
The entire e-mail address is the username for additional POP accounts. The only POP account that does not use this format is the default POP account that is created during signup. The default (catch-all) POP account uses the same username/password as your primary account username/password.
Certain email clients do not like the @ symbol. In this case you should try the following username formats:
