Getting Started with your new hosting account. 

Order Hosting Plan

You must order a web hosting plan via one of our order page. Once you have choosen a plan please fill out the order form. After your payment is verfied you will get your setup email. In there will be all your usernames / passwords that grant you access to the server and account management.

1) Domain Forwarding:

(If you already have a website or domain name held by another web hosting company.)
You must go to where you registered your domain name and log in to your members section and forward your domain name to our nameservers, our nameserver information is below. If registrar doesn't provide an interface to accomplish this please email your registrar or call them and tell them to change your nameservers to those provided to you from the setup email from us:

Please note that you will not be able to access your website or control panel as it may take 12-48 hours for dns updates to propagate throughout the world (This process is called DNS Propagation). If after 48 hours you can not access your domain on our servers please do a whois query on your domain to ensure your nameservers are set to those provided in the welcome email. If they have not been updated yet please contact your registar to get it corrected. Once your site is uploaded to our servers you should update your dns (domain nameservers) to the ones we provide you in the setup email.

2) New Domain:

(If you don't have a website up online via another web hosting company.)
Please register a new domain with us and we will set up your domain name with the preferred hosting plan you have choosen.

Upload your files via an FTP program

You will be able to access your new account using the server's hostname or IP address provided in your setup email. To upload your website you will need an FTP Program such as SmartFTP, FileZilla, AceFTP, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc. You will need to enter the FTP information below to log in to your account.

URL: ftp.yourdomain.ie
User Name: username@yourdomain.ie
Password: password

Once logged in upload your website to the public_html folder. Your home page must be named index.html (or index.php, index.htm) which will overwrite the page holder (this is the first page the server looks for when a request is made for your website).

Create email address

After you have uploaded your website you may want to create an email address for yourself, you do this by going to your website control panel. To access your this go to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel . Once logged in, this link will show you how to create email addresses
