How to order Hosting and Domain Names 

New Customers

On the hosting package pages on our website, simply click the 'Order Now' link which will take you to our general order form. You will then have 2 options:

1) Select the relevant category, package, and 'Billing Cycle' or any add-ons with your package to proceed through the order process. You will then be asked to register a new domain, subdomain or use the domain you already have.

2) If you only want to order a domain name then select the 'Register a domain only'.

Once you have placed your order, registered as a new customer and paid for it, it will take between 15 mins and 24 hours for the package to be set up. You will then receive a package activation email containing a domain username and password for the hosting control panel and FTP account for your new package. You will also receive another email containing your customer username and password for access to the payments control panel for all your billings, support tickets, and FAQ sections.

(NB. If you have ordered multiple domains, each will have their own unique domain usernames and passwords under a single customer account).

Existing Customers

• To order a hosting package for a new domain name

On the hosting package pages on our website, simply click the 'Order Now' link which will take you to our general order form. Select the relevant category, package, and 'Billing Cycle' or any add-ons with your package to proceed through the order process. You will then need to click the 'Search for an unregistered domain' to sign up with a new domain name.

By using your existing customer account with us via the orders form you can pay for it online, and start using it straight away!

• To order a hosting package for an existing domain name

On the hosting package pages on our website, simply click the 'Order Now' link which will take you to our general order form. Select the relevant category, package, and 'Billing Cycle' or any add-ons with your package to proceed through the order process. You will then need to click the 'Use a domain you already have registered' to register with a domain name you already have.

By using your existing customer account with us via the orders form you can pay for it online, and start using it straight away!
