Most of our website hosting and email packages are billed annually. When the package approaches its expiry date you will be sent a reminder by email. You can then either order it online and renew the package manually via our billing system with your username and password, or just wait for the expiry date. On the expiry date a renewal invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you by email. You can then make payment via the usual methods.
If you do not wish to renew your package, then you will need to cancel it via our cancelation form. If a renewal invoice has already been generated, then please get in touch with us so that we can cancel the invoice for you.
We accept several methods of payment to best suit your situation:

Payment by credit card is the most convenient method, especially for recurring services such as hosting. Your card will automatically be billed every month for your hosting service to ensure no interruptions.
We can also accept payment by cheque / money order. Due to longer processing time when clearing a cheque, we recommend paying in yearly terms.
