The online billing account manager allows you to update your profile, view past and current invoices activities, view orders, and submit/close support ticket activities.

Domain (DNS) Management System

This system allows you to change your domain name settings.

On request we can change any DNS record to any IP address of your choice.

You can also do it yourself my sending us an email to activate your login to our DNS Management System.

Control Panel - Administrator

You can perform a whole range of server related tasks and operations in your administrators control panel. Please see our online video's for a demo of the control panel. The follows points below are some of the tasks that can be performed:

• Password protect your directories
• Add your email accounts
• Create add-on, subdomain, redirect domains
• Add your databases
• Upload your files
• Add installatron scripts

To login to your administrator control panel to create email address's or perform other tasks, simply place a "/cpanel" after your domain name. So the URL will look like this "http://www.mycompany.ie/cpanel"

Control Panel - Email User

Each email account you create is called a user. Each user has access to their own mini administrator control panel mainly to perform email functions from the following tasks:

• Change Password
• Create Email Forwarders
• Create Vacation (also known as auto-responders) messages for when you go on holidays
• Configure Mail Client
• Create BoxTrapper
• Create an Email Delivery Route
• Create Email Filters

To login to your own mini administrator control panel, simply place a "/webmail" after your domain name. So the URL will look like this "http://www.mycompany.ie/webmail"
